What should we do if the LED display screen is black?

 

 

 

 

In the regular problems of LED displays, black screen is one of them. So how do we solve the situation of black screen of the display?

 

 

1. The moment you power it on, it's black

Cause: It may be because there are some abnormalities during the power-on process, which causes the screen to fail to display normally.

Solution:Make sure that all hardware devices, including the control system, are properly powered on (+5V) and are not connected incorrectly or in reverse.

 

2. The file is blacked out during the loading process

Reason: It is usually because the serial port cable connected to the controller is loose or falling off, resulting in communication interruption and a black screen.

Solution:Check and confirm that the serial cable used to connect to the controller is securely connected and has not loosened or fallen off.After confirming whether there is any abnormality during the communication process, replug the serial cable to ensure that the connection is secure.

 

3. The file will turn black after it has been sent

Reason: It may be that the LED screen and the HUB distribution board connected to the main control card are not tightly connected or plugged in reverse.

Solution:Check and confirm whether the HUB distribution board connected to the LED screen and the main control card is plugged in tightly and whether the connection is normal. Make sure that the cable is not plugged in backwards and check that the polarity of the connection is correct.
