After decades of development of LED display products, competition has become increasingly hot. The products are constantly updated and the technology continues to be iteratively upgraded. Energy conservation, environmental protection and intelligence have become the general trend of product development.

Front maintenance LED display - born to solve the pain!

The maintenance of LED display screen is difficult, and it has become a pain point for many customers. For customers who use inlaid and wall-mounted installations, the maintenance work has become very arduous. LED display products must not only meet the standardization, but also meet the simplification, in order to meet the growing mass market demand.

The advent of the front-maintenance LED display has fundamentally solved the pain points of complex maintenance. In the process of using the front-end maintenance LED display, once the display failure occurs, it is only necessary to unscrew the front of the display screen to repair or replace the problem module, and the maintenance of the LED display screen is simplified.

What is the difference between front maintenance LED display and back maintenance?

When it comes to maintenance, the maintenance methods of LED displays are mainly divided into front maintenance and  back maintenance. What is the difference between these two maintenance methods?

Front maintenance: The front-maintenance features are *saving space. For indoor or inlaid, wall-mounted installations, the space is extremely expensive, so there will not be too many places to be used as maintenance access. Therefore, the pre-maintenance can greatly reduce the overall thickness of the LED display structure, which can be well integrated with the surrounding architectural environment, and can also save space while ensuring the effect. However, this structure has a very high requirement for the heat dissipation function of the device.

Back maintenance: The advantage of  back maintenance is that the price is slightly lower, suitable for installation scenarios such as roof type and column type, and the inspection and maintenance are convenient and efficient. For large LED displays installed on the exterior of the building, maintenance access must be provided for maintenance personnel to perform maintenance and overhaul from the back of the screen.

The front maintenance design is becoming an important trend in the development of LED display. The front-maintenance LED display will also be filled with broad market prospects, bringing extraordinary visual experience and brand new user experience to customers.
