The basic composition of LED display

  一,Asynchronous screen

   Generally, it is composed of a display unit board (module), a strip screen card, a switching power supply, and a HUB board (optional). Connect with the computer through the serial port cable to change the display text, and then you can work out of the computer.

 二,Sync Screen

  The synchronization screen system is more complex, the system can be large or small, generally composed of computers, DVI graphics cards, data sending cards, synchronous data receiving cards, HUB boards, network cables, LED displays, etc. The system always needs to work on an online computer to display the image text on the computer on the large LED screen.

  三,Pixel

   It is the smallest imaging unit of LED display. Colloquially known as "dots" or "pixels".

   It consists of 2 red and 2 green to form 1 display pixel.

  四,Display module

  It is composed of a plurality of display pixels, and is structurally independent and constitutes the smallest unit of LED display.

  The indoor screen uses an 8x8 display module, that is, each display module has 64 pixels.

  The outdoor screen uses a single lamp bead, usually consisting of 1-3 lamp beads of the same or different colors to form a pixel of the module.

  The outdoor screen module is composed of 2 red lamp beads and 1 display pixel.

  五,Display module

  It is an independent unit composed of LED display screen determined by the circuit and installation structure and has display function. To put it simply, in order to facilitate assembly and display, the semi-finished products that leave the factory are usually provided in the form of display modules, which are made together with multiple display modules and display drivers. Indoor screens are commonly known as "unit boards".

Outdoor screens are commonly known as "modules", and then several modules plus chassis, fans, power supplies, etc.  

 Indoor screen unit boards usually have 64x32 (64 columns and 32 rows, composed of 32 modules), 64x16 (64 columns and 16 rows, composed of 16 modules), etc.      

 There are usually 64x32, 32x32, 32x16, 16x16, and 16x8 outdoor screen modules.
