Stability and Interference Resistance:

Shock and Dust Resistance:
Vehicles generate vibrations during operation, so the displays need to be shock-resistant to prevent damage to their internal components. Additionally, the displays should be dust-resistant to maintain image clarity and extend their lifespan.

 

Weather Resistance:
Vehicle-mounted LED displays are often used outdoors, necessitating good weather resistance, including waterproofing, dustproofing, and UV resistance, to adapt to various harsh outdoor environments.

 

Display Quality:
Parameters such as resolution, color, and brightness of the displays must meet certain standards to ensure the clarity and readability of the displayed content. The viewing angle of the display should also be considered to ensure that information can be clearly seen from multiple angles.

Power-on and Power-off Sequence and Interval:

Avoid Powering On with Full White Screen:
When the display is powered on with a full white screen, the system experiences the maximum inrush current, which can easily damage the display. Therefore, it is advisable to avoid this state when powering on.

 

Ambient Temperature and Heat Dissipation:
When the ambient temperature is too high or heat dissipation conditions are poor, the display should not be operated for a long time to prevent overheating damage.

 

Regular Inspection and Maintenance:
Regularly inspect the display's mounting points for security, and adjust and reinforce them promptly if any looseness is found. The display should also undergo regular maintenance, including cleaning, dustproofing, and moisture-proofing.

 

Avoid Prolonged High Brightness Display:
If a part of the display appears excessively bright, the display should be turned off immediately and the cause investigated. Keeping the display on in this state for a long time is not advisable to prevent further damage.

 

Power Supply and Power Consumption:
