How do we install a complete indoor display?

For the installation of indoor LED displays, the common method is to purchase frames, modules, cables, power supplies, control cards and other materials to assemble by yourself.
1. Frame
Make a structure based on an example of an existing small screen that is being made. Buy 4 pieces of 4*4 square steel and 4 pieces of 2*2 square steel (6 meters long) from the market. First make a T-frame with 4*4 square steel (you can customize it according to your own situation). The size of the large frame is 4850mm*1970mm, because the size inside the small frame is the size of the screen, and the square steel is 40mm, so it is this size.
When welding, try to weld a 90-degree angle with a steel angle ruler, and after the T-frame is completed, start to weld small square steel on it. The internal size of the small square steel is 4810mm*1930mm, and the corners and middle parts are cut into small pieces with the remaining 4*4 square steel, and the square stainless steel is welded.
After the small frame is done, start welding the back strip, measure the first two pieces with the plate, find the size and then weld all the way down. The back is 40mm wide and 1980mm long, as long as both ends can be welded well. After the welding is completed, it is possible to install the frame in the hall (according to the back). Make two angle steel hooks at the top of the wall.
2. Install the power supply, control card and module
After the hanger is hung, leave a gap of about 10mm around it, because the indoor screen cannot be made into a box-shaped frame with a fan, so simply rely on this 10mm gap for ventilation.
When installing the power supply, connect the two finished power cables first, and the 5V output must be optimistic, otherwise the power cable, module and control card will be burned out.
Each finished power cord has two connectors, so each power cord can carry four modules. Then, make a 220V connection between the power supplies. As long as each row is strung together with 2.5 square soft copper wires, each group of 220V power cables will be connected to the open terminal of the distribution cabinet.
The cables from the distribution room to the LED display cabinet must be laid out before the screen is installed. Once the power is turned on, install the control card. Here the control card uses a synchronous receiving card. The entire power supply and control card layout, as well as the LED display, have power and system wiring diagrams from the factory. As long as you strictly follow the wiring diagram, you can't go wrong. The general engineer himself can also estimate the way of outgoing the line based on the number of power supplies and cards.
3. The receiving card is connected to the module
Here, each card has three rows of modules, for a total of 36 boards. In this way, a card is installed every three rows, and 5V is taken from the nearest power supply to power the card. Note that these five cards are connected with network cables, and the network port near the power connector is the input port.
The first card on the right is also the first card. The input is connected to the gigabit network card of the computer, and then the output network port is connected to the input port of the second card, and the output port of the second card is connected to the input port of the third card, so that until the fifth card, the input is connected to the output of the fourth card. The output is empty.
Before installing the module, stainless steel edging needs to be used, which is only for aesthetics and is also a requirement of the installation unit. I found a master who made stainless steel to measure the size, and estimated that the steel structure was enlarged by 5mm after the measurement, so that the stainless steel edging could be blocked and easy to install.
4. Install the module
After fastening the stainless steel edges, the upper module can be opened. It is recommended to install the module from the bottom up, starting from the middle and working to the sides. There is a lot of controversy about this type of installation. The main purpose of installation from the bottom is to keep the horizontal and vertical levels within the normal control range. Especially when the screen area is larger, it is easier to lose control. In particular, the requirements for small spacing are too high, and some gaps do not meet the requirements and need to be fine-tuned.
Engineers with too small installation spacing know that even if the precision mold comes out of the module or box, there will still be errors. A few misaligned threads can cause the entire line to be misaligned. Secondly, by installing from the middle to both sides, it can be divided into two groups or even four groups of people to carry out the operation, saving installation time. Even if there is a problem with the misalignment of the installation, it will not affect the progress of another group of personnel.
Bring your own tools. If the cable is damaged, cut it again, just press both ends, and then install the retaining clips.
In many cases, because the back strip supports the uneven module, the line card must be cut off when installing. When the cable is plugged into the module, the red edge is pointing upwards and the module's arrow is also pointing upwards.
If there is no module marked with an arrow, the printed word on the module must be facing up. The connection between modules is the input in front of the module, the output in front of the previous module, and the connection behind the previous module.
5. Adjustment
After installing the four-wire module card, turn on the test power. If there is a problem, it will be solved in time, because if you install the next set, the card is overwritten and cannot be tested. In addition, if you continue to install, you will not be able to detect the problem in time. If you install all the modules, and then find the problem and remove the modules that are already installed, it will be a lot more work.
There is a test button on the control card, which has just been powered on. You can test it with this method first. If the installation is normal, the screen will display red, green, blue, line, field, and point information in turn, and then test the control computer again, mainly to test whether the network cable communicates normally. If it works, install the next set until the installation is complete.
