Five core technologies of small pitch LED display
1.Reduce the dead rate of the display light to ensure the stability of the screen
The traditional LED display dead light rate is tens of thousands of times in the industry standard, but the small pitch LED display is still not possible for the time being, if according to the previous standard, there is 1 dead light in 10,000 square meters, then the display screen is almost impossible to see. Therefore, the dead light rate of the small pitch LED display must be controlled at 1/100,000 or even 1/1 million to meet the needs of long-term use, otherwise, if a large number of dead lights appear for a period of time, users will never be able to accept.
2.Achieve low brightness and high gray
Many people know that the human body sensor lamp is different from the outdoor display requires high brightness, refresh rate and energy-saving requirements, indoor display needs to reduce the brightness, experiments show that from the perspective of human eye sensitivity, the brightness of LED (active light source) is 2 times that of the passive light source, in terms of specific data, the best brightness of small spacing LED into the room is 200-400cd/m2. However, the grayscale loss caused by reducing brightness needs to be completed by technical supplementation.
3.Standard resolution with signal source
Different from the outdoor display, outdoor advertisers will choose the content and display suitable for playback according to the resolution of the display screen, the indoor display signal source has a certain standard, as an LED display manufacturer, can not require the indoor signal source to adapt to the display screen resolution, but to adapt to the needs of the indoor signal source, the corresponding resolution design and guarantee, so as to meet the needs of users as much as possible.
4.Support multi-signal, complex signal system access and display control
Compared with the outdoor display signal, the small-pitch LED display signal is characterized by multi-signal access and complex signal access, such as multi-place video conferencing, which requires remote access signals, local access signals and multi-person access. Therefore, how to solve the problem of multi-signal and complex signal access also needs the technical support of small-pitch LEDs.
5.Achieve seamless seam and high-speed correction
The biggest advantage of small pitch LED display is seamless, but it has high requirements when splicing. For LCDs, as long as the seams are even, there is no problem, and the seams are not obvious. However, the LED small spacing can not be like this, if the modules are too tightly squeezed, there will be bright lines, and when the modules leave, dark lines will appear. So it's not easy to put it together well. Therefore, the process and correction technology of the box, as well as the guarantee and good combination of efficiency, need to be guaranteed to a certain extent.
